THousands of people were left homeless and four people were killed as flood forced out large parts of northern Philippines as the government said .Three thousand of people left home and heavy monsoon lashed largly agricultural land and swpet away many lands, governmanet civil defense officers said.
Social Welfare agencies and local help are being assisted throughout the Northern Philipinnes.
They are planning to repair damaged structures and are willing to take affected people to safer areas.Four people were killed, as the reports were a like which ijnclude a six month old boy who was buried by the landslide.Storm is not affecting the areas but are likely to happen.Earlier this month, Tropical Storm Linfa inundated whole towns in the north, although no fatalities were reported.
